Great place for families. Affordable price, everything you need to enjoy your stay. Close to all GC attractions. Kids had heaps of fun. Probably not the best choice for singles and couples without children, or people with really high expectations. So my 5 stars could be 3 stars for someone else.

Fabulous comfortable bed. The staff were all happy and very helpful. The gardener Scott was friendly. Just a really happy place to be.

Regularly stay here as Accor holidayclub members. A week into our 2 week stay and always love it. relaxing with good access to transport and shops nearby. A family friendly place but didn't bring any this time

Great place to have a family holiday. Plenty to keep the kids occupied and close to public transport.

Great family trip. The resort is really well equipped with activities for the whole family. Customer service was excellent and we used the Turtle Bus for most of our transfers, which was excellent. Woolies nearby so that you can self cater. The on site restaurant and bar was very good too. Walking distance to other cafes, restaurants and bars too. Would highly recommend and also visit again.

Awesome family holiday

My family and I have just spent 6 nights in a 3 bedroom apartment . We found it was a lovely stay. Great apartment , great facilities , the front of house crew were lovely and very helpful. The crew at the Deck restaurant were brilliant, great food and service, kids loved the pools and splash zone. The shuttle was great too get to the theme parks , and the driver is awesome ! All in all, bloody excellent! Cheers for the stay, we'll definitely be back in a few years

We were pleasantly surprised by this resort. Unlike other resorts, the reception area is modest and low key. The check in process was seamless and our room was ready sooner than we expected, which is a big plus for us. Other things we look for in our getaways are: 1. Size and cleanliness of the room. 2. Back out curtains so we can sleep in. 3. Proximity to amities (bonus point for room service) 4. Free parking. 5. Late check out if possible. Turtle beach resort ticked all these! access to BBQ areas, pools, and an inhouse pizza joint pushed it on top of our ranking list. I highly recommend this place especially for families with kids.
